Suntory is organized into three operating companies — the Beverage and Food Company, Spirits, Wine and Beer Company and Food Service and Business Development Company — each representing a separate business unit in accordance with the business model.
Although the three companies maintain a close, synergistic relationship with one another, each operates independently with support from the business support divisions, taking full responsibility for its own overall business management, both in Japan and overseas. This structure is designed to maximize flexibility, and to give each company ample freedom of movement to open doors to new growth and pursue financial goals.
