Suntory Ltd. (Head Office: Osaka, President: Nobutada Saji) and Suntory Allied Ltd. are inviting professional bartenders from Japan nationwide, to compete on “BEEFEATER & SKYY VODKA presents 2004 Free-style Challenge” contest.

“Free-style challenge” is a contest where to compete on techniques and total showmanship of making cocktails. “Free-Style” is an exciting style of making cocktails with free performances such as magic, dance, exquisite costumes, and flair. Suntory and Suntory Allied have held “Beefeater Cocktail Competition” for seven years since 1996, and have appealed cocktail making by dividing competition categories into “short cocktail”, “long cocktail”, and “Free-Style” since 2002. In order to promote the worldwide known “free-style” , and to appeal for ways to enjoy cocktails, the contest is held only for ”Free-Style” this time, and “Flair Bartending Entry Course” will also be held at Suntory’s school from 11th to 14th of August, 2004.
