Suntory Whisky HIBIKI Collaborates with Baccarat,
Resonance of Top Two Quality Brands
- Drink HIBIKI “Half Rock” with Baccarat Glass “Neptune”-

Suntory Ltd. (Head Office: Osaka, President: Nobutada Saji) and Baccarat Pacific K.K. are to collaborate in a promotion with a theme of top-quality Baccarat glass and Japanese whisky from 23 April 2004.

“Baccarat” is a famous brand worldwide, known for its high-quality crystal. Suntory whisky “HIBIKI” is also highly esteemed as the premium whisky that represents Japan.

Both brands of “Baccarat” and “HIBIKI” are to collaborate and acknowledge each other’s quality, bringing new values through their resonance. As well as giving presents of “Baccarat x HIBIKI THE HALF ROCK BOX” to 300 people, the new way of drinking “HIBIKI” can be enjoyed at “B bar” under the direct management of Baccarat.

A suitable glass for HIBIKI “Half Rock” is Baccarat “Neptune” with glinting light inside its curves. “Half Rock” is a new way of drinking whisky, made of whisky and mineral water in the proportion of 1 to 1 and with large ice. It is the best way to drink and be harmoniously satisfied with the elegant scent and rich taste of “HIBIKI”, which is produced by 30 different types of pure malt whisky of over 17 years. When HIBIKI “Half Rock” is tasted with “Neptune” which is designed with an image of the ocean, its deep amber color looks even more beautiful. It can be enjoyed with one’s senses.

• Giving presents of “Baccarat x HIBIKI THE HALF ROCK BOX”

Limited sets of “THE HALF ROCK BOX” to enjoy HIBIKI “Half Rock” will be presented to 300 people through a draw. A set is made of Baccarat “Neptune”, and a baby bottle of Suntory “HIBIKI” 17 Yrs.

When HIBIKI “Half Rock” is ordered at “B bar Roppongi” and “B bar Marunouchi (to open on 23April 2004) that are under the direct management of Baccarat, customers are served with “Neptune” so that they experience the high quality of drinking “HIBIKI” whisky from a Baccarat glass.
