Orders Now Being Accepted for Georges Duboeuf Beaujolais Nouveau 2006

Beginning Tuesday, July 18, Suntory Limited began accepting orders nationwide from customers eager to enjoy this year's new vintage French wines (nouveau) from the 2006 grape harvest. Every year, the Beaujolais nouveau from French bottler Georges Duboeuf S.A. proves tremendously popular. The wine will be available in stores starting Thursday, November 16, preceded by a new vintage of the Italian Bolla Novello on Monday, November 6.

(1) Georges Duboeuf Beaujolais Nouveau
A bouquet reminiscent of red fruit and flowers makes this wine a pleasure to drink. Its characteristic palate is light yet refined, providing an enjoyable freshness only available during this season.

(2) Georges Duboeuf Beaujolais Villages Nouveau
A concentrated flavor is produced by using grapes exclusively from 38 small towns in the northern Beaujolais region, an area acclaimed for its rich wines. The Beaujolais is fruity, yet full-bodied, distinguishing it as a premier nouveau wine.

(3) Georges Duboeuf Macon Villages Nouveau
Produced entirely using chardonnay grapes from the Maconnaise region north of Beaujolais, this charming dry white nouveau wine offers a richly fruity flavor.

(4) Georges Duboeuf Beaujolais Villages Nouveau Selection Plus (Limited offering)
Suntory is offering a special Beaujolais Villages nouveau from Georges Duboeuf's most esteemed domaines (wine estates). This is an exceptional wine, one only Georges Duboeuf could produce through the relationship of trust built with outstanding winemakers over half a century.

・Bolla Novello, a new-vintage Italian wine
With a freshness befitting a novello, this new wine brims with fresh fruit appeal. It is produced, mainly using Merlot grapes, by the Bolla Winery, renowned for its Soave.
