Accordingly, we display nutritional information and Guidelines for Daily Calorie Intake Amounts on all our products. Our products have a role to play in helping customers to achieve a balanced diet when consumed in a reasonable way and integrated into a healthy lifestyle.

We held a variety of events in 2010 to celebrate with our customers the 175th anniversary of our BRAND'S line of health food. We continue to supply products with scientifically demonstrated effects that help our customers in how they live.
We are continuing our pursuit in all regions of customer satisfaction through customer relationship management (CRM) initiatives to predict what customers will want.

Harvesting grapes by hand

Ever since our founding in 1868, Weingut Robert Weil has been highly praised for its pursuit of high quality. We have reduced the volume of grapes we harvest at these high-quality Grafenberg vineyards to 40 hr/ha* — less than half the average yield for Germany— in order to maintain quality. Additionally, we maintain the quality of our wines at the fermentation stage by taking the time to ferment the grapes carefully in large tanks specific to each vineyard.

Conducting Customer Satisfaction Surveys Annually

Customer satisfaction surveys—known as Coal Face surveys (surveys on the actual frontlines)—are conducted annually for our sales staff. These surveys are an important feedback tool for us to understand what the wholesalers, retailers, and bars and restaurants who are our customers perceive in working with us. The results of these surveys are a way for us to collect information that can be used in helping the Frucor Group improve its services.
