These popular tours take you to distillery facilities that most people never get to see, providing an understanding of the process by which malt whisky is distilled. It goes without saying that at the end of your tour you’ll enjoy a taste of Hakushu.
*Guided tours of the distillery are conducted in Japanese, but an audio guide in English, Chinese and French is available.

- An audio guide describing the manufacturing process in English, Chinese and French is available for use by visitors to the distillery. Please request a unit when making your reservation. Please note that availability is limited; we may be unable to provide all interested visitors with a unit.

Requests for visitors
- *Guided tours of the distillery are conducted in Japanese, but an audio guide in English, Chinese and French is available. Please request a unit when making your reservation.
- *Driving while intoxicated and the consumption of alcoholic beverages by minors are prohibited by law. Soft drinks will be provided to visitors driving cars, motorcycles, and bicycles as well as to motorcycle passengers and minors.
- *Please follow our instructions inside the facility to ensure your safety as well as product cleanliness and quality. Pets are not permitted inside the distillery property.
- *Service animals, however, are allowed, with the exception of some manufacturing areas.
- *To ensure the cleanliness of the food products manufactured at the facility, please refrain from bringing outside food and drink into the distillery.
- *Unaccompanied minors are not permitted inside the facility.
