   Umami , the savoriness in protein-rich foods, is abundant in the type of two-row barley used, which accounts for more than half the total malt content.

2. Decoction brewing for peak malt flavor
3. Double-hopped, with aroma and bitter hops

   Fragrant aroma hops are perfectly balanced with refreshing bitter hops. Each type is added at different stages when boiling the wort, for a beverage that is rich and satisfying.
