Environmentally friendly farming Our goal is to bring out the best of grapevines' natural power.
We make our own fertilizer by crushing pruned canes and mixing them with grape pomace. We practice "recycling-based agriculture" by returning these fertilizers to the soil of Tomi no oka. Organic farming is our ongoing challenges as we work to enhance the natural, disease-resistant power of our grapevines as well as to maximize the distinctive character of our terroir and grape varieties. Dedicated to natural farming that brings out the natural power of our grapevines, we hope to further develop the potential of Tomi no oka.
