Sumiwataru Umeshu

Umeshu is distilled to create a clear, refreshing flavor. Two types of distilled liquor^*1 made with 100% Japan-grown ume fruit are blended together for a clear liquor with a natural spring water base. It has a refreshing ume fruit fragrance and crisp flavor with 50% less sugar^*2 that goes well with meals.

*1 Umeshu distilled liquor: Distilled liquor with a clear, pure flavor made by distilling aged umeshu at low pressure and temperature.
Ume fruit distilled liquor: Distilled liquor with a refreshing ume fragrance made by steeping ripe ume fruit in spirits briefly and distilling the liquid while returning the vapor.
