Suntory Hall is a barrier-free facility in every way for everyone—including elderly people, people with disabilities, people from overseas and anyone who needs special care—and makes all efforts to let them enjoy music to their heart’s content. It has taken an active stance to adopting universally-designed fixtures since the renovation of 2007.
There are no nurseries within Suntory Hall, but you can receive discounted services at neighborhood nursery facilities.
(Some concert presenters may provide child care in dressing rooms inside the hall.)

We provide the ramp from the foyer to the ground floor seating area, which can also be accessed from the West Entrance. An elevator operates between the ground and upper floors.
Up to 14 spaces are available for wheelchair users, including 4 spaces in the 9th row of the ground floor, and 2 spaces in the RB and LB blocks of the upper floor.
Wheelchair-accessible and Ostomate-adaptive restrooms are available on each floor.
An AED(Automated External Defibrillator) is located next to the cloakroom.
