This is to notify that Suntory Holdings Limited will be reorganizing group companies and implementing their executive appointments.

Reorganization of Suntory Holdings Limited
| The "Human Resource Development Division" will be newly established to strengthen overall human resources development in the Suntory Group. |
Reorganization of Suntory Spirits Limited*1
| (1) | The "Product Innovation Department" will be newly established to boost new RTD and RTS product development capabilities, and promote global collaboration within the Suntory Group. |
| (2) | The "Whisky Strategy Department" will be newly established to strengthen global strategies and mid-to-long-term strategies for Japanese whisky. |
| (3) | The "Whisky Brand Department" will be newly established to promote marketing in Japan that combines Japanese whisky and Beam Suntory Inc. whisky products. |
| (4) | The "RTD/Liqueur/Shochu Department", an integration of the "RTD Department "and "Shochu & Liqueur Department", will be newly established to strengthen marketing activities targeting an even wider range of customers. |
| *1 | The current Suntory Liquors Limited will change its company name to Suntory Spirits Limited on January 1, 2015. |
Reorganization of Suntory Business Expert Limited
| Suntory Business Expert Asia Pte.Ltd. will be newly established in Singapore to reinforce business support functions for group companies in Asia. |
