Important notes upon use
All users shall comply with the Terms of Use set by Facebook, Inc., and this Terms of Use for the Suntory Whisky’s Facebook page (hereinafter called "Facebook Terms of Use") when posting comments, photos, videos, links, and other contents (hereinafter called "User’s contents") on the Suntory Whisky’s Facebook Page.
User’s contents do not necessarily reflect and enclose the opinions or ideals of Suntory, its employees, parent or affiliates. Suntory will not be held responsible for User’s comments on the Suntory Whisky’s Facebook Page.
User’s contents which fall, or could be construed to fall, under the following categories (hereinafter called "Items to be deleted") on the Suntory Whisky’s Facebook page will be removed and deleted, provided however, no failure to remove or delete particular material constitutes an endorsement or acceptance of it by Suntory:

- Information related to political or religious advertising, publicity, and solicitation
- Information that is against the concept of responsible drinking
- Any other information that Suntory determines as inappropriate for running the Suntory Whisky’s Facebook page
Please note that the Facebook page is run by Facebook, Inc. We will not answer questions about the status of Facebook’s system, other technical questions about Facebook, or questions about the applications provided by third parties that can be used on Facebook, such as their functions and how to use them.

The user’s obligations and responsibilities
The user bears all legal responsibilities for any posts made by him or her on the Suntory Whisky’s Facebook page. The user also bears all legal responsibilities for any violation of Facebook’s Terms of Use caused by the user himself or herself, and must bear all costs of compensation for damage arising from such violations. Suntory shall not be held responsible for users’ actions on the Suntory Whisky’s Facebook page.
In addition, the user uses the Suntory Whisky’s Facebook page solely at his or her own responsibility, and must exercise his or her judgment and responsibility when using information obtained from the Suntory Whisky’s Facebook page. - Operating period: Operation of the Suntory Whisky’s Facebook page may be terminated without notice, and pages may be deleted without notice.
- Copyright of contents, posts, and comments as well as the rights of images and videos on the Suntory Whisky’s Facebook page belong to this account, and to the right-holder approved by this account. In addition, the Suntory Whisky’s Facebook page does not guarantee the accuracy or integrity of information in contents such as posts, comments, photos, and videos.
- Please note that Suntory may cite and use (as well as make slight revisions for such use) comments, images, etc. posted by users on the Suntory Whisky’s Facebook page in order to be used on the Suntory Whisky’s Facebook page and for other campaigns, without paying any compensation or notifying the user. We will not respond to any posts or comments made by users on the Suntory Whisky’s Facebook page.

Therefore, in addition to the items which will be deleted according to Facebook’s Terms of Use, we may remove and delete User’s contents that fall, or may fall, under any of the following categories.
- The post is by the person under the legal age for drinking alcohol, or the posted photo features a person who is (or seems to be) under the legal age for drinking alcohol.
- The post encourages or suggests underage drinking of alcohol.
- The post encourages or suggests excessive consumption of alcohol or irresponsible drinking.
- The post encourages or suggests drinking alcohol while driving a car, operating other machinery, or any other task that requires concentration.
- The post encourages or suggests drinking alcohol during pregnancy or breast-feeding.
- The post implies or suggests that drinking alcohols results in any type of medical benefits.
- The post implies that Suntory’s alcoholic beverages or other beverages are good because they have a high alcohol content.
- The post criticizes people who do not drink alcohol.
- The post is related to eating and drinking that is illegal or related to antisocial behavior.
- Suntory determines the post to be inappropriate for running the Suntory Whisky’s Facebook page.
