Introducing the new carbonated beverage with bold citrus flavor from the Orangina brand
Suntory Beverage & Food Limited (SBF) announces the nationwide launch of Orangina French Sparkling, the latest addition to the Orangina line of products, which will hit stores on June 20 (Tuesday) in Japan.
Driven by increasing health consciousness among consumers, the carbonated water market is growing. Our research indicates a growing number of consumers, particularly consumers in their 30s and 40s, enjoy drinking carbonated water and semi-sweetened carbonated beverages during work, after taking a bath, and other occasions when they want to feel refreshed.
The new Orangina French Sparkling features the use of technology that is unique to the Orangina brand. It is a refreshing carbonated water with fruit juice that delivers both the deliciousness of fruit and a refreshing aftertaste.
●Characteristics of the product’s flavor
Carbonated water featuring a 3% blend of orange and lemon juice. We used peel extract to add a mild bitterness and the fresh aroma of fresh-squeezed citrus fruit.
Striving for a flavor that is ideal for refreshment during work, we realized the bursting aroma of citrus you sense when you open the bottle and a refreshing aftertaste achieve through well-balanced combination of fruit flavor and carbonation.
The bottle features embossing to give the look of being wrapped in a peel and the label features a peel logo that expresses the deliciousness of fruit.
To this we added a cool black cap to express the sharp flavor of the beverage. The result is a stylish, mature package design.
