当年三得利的一位酿造家只身远渡啤酒的发祥地欧洲。被少年般轻狂的梦想所触动,"立志生产世界顶级啤酒。"从那时起,一场名为"The PREMIUM MALT'S"的艰巨挑战开始了。

1963年,三得利开始其啤酒业务。与日本国内其他啤酒公司相比,起步较晚。正因为如此,才以开发世界顶级啤酒为目标,立志打造出所有人都爱喝的终极美味。"志在新,勇于行(Yatte Minahare)"三得利的DNA就是拼搏的原动力。挑战无尽梦想。认同向无尽梦想发起挑战的态度。The PREMIUM MALT'S由此获得新生。

不做怎么知道行不行。三得利建起了一座迷你啤酒厂。

武藏野啤酒工厂,这个名字如雷贯耳,在著名日本流行歌曲的歌词中都出现过。在这里,三得利公司建起了一个规模只有普通工厂二十分之一大小的迷你啤酒厂,用来随心所欲按照自己的想法大胆地酿造啤酒。这里是拼搏的象征。它曾经酿出不少失败之作,也孕育出了大量雄心勃勃的作品。最终,结出了The PREMIUM MALT'S这颗宝贵的果实。

三得利只在拥有优质天然深层地下水水源的地方修建工厂。

啤酒原料中大约90%都是水。为了酿造出好喝的啤酒,就要使用清冽良质的水。使用"天然水酿造"是决不妥协的原则。三得利的四家啤酒工厂都建在可以放心、安全、可持续抽取天然地下水的地方。比起效率,更注重品质。除此别无他选。

钻石麦芽

使用钻石麦芽的生产过程既花时间又费工夫,为什么对其如此执着呢?

"钻石麦芽"中含有大量的香醇成分。但这种麦芽构造十分坚硬,要想提炼出其中的味道,需要花费大量的时间和精力。这就是The PREMIUM MALT'S的执著。采用"二次熬煮制法",在锅中将麦芽加热两次。酿造家对制造工艺的执念,孕育出"THE PREMIUM MALT'S"独有的浓郁香醇的味道。什么是二次熬煮制法

用糖化锅进行繁琐的二次熬煮,提取出浓厚的麦汁。以此引出麦芽本身的香醇和浓郁。

四溢的浓香自然少不了"欧洲产浓香啤酒花"。为了保证啤酒花的最佳品质以及产量,三得利公司对原产地捷克的农家提供帮助。并多次前往当地,确认品质,精挑细选,同时确保低温运输至日本。三得利公司花了约10年的时间,研发出"啤酒花浓香型制法",以数次投料的方式添加啤酒花。在每个工序中实现了所有能想到的细节。由此诞生的是让人难以忘怀的香气。什么是啤酒花浓香型制法

啤酒花浓香型制法

为了最大程度地提取啤酒花的香气,在麦汁开始煮沸后就立即投入浓香啤酒花,然后在工序结束时再次加入精制浓香啤酒花,以此实现高贵奢华的芳香。
