當年三得利的一位釀造家隻身遠渡啤酒的發祥地歐洲。被少年般輕狂的夢想所觸動,"立志生產世界頂級啤酒。"從那時起,一場名為"The PREMIUM MALT’S"的艱鉅挑戰開始了。

The PREMIUM MALT'S,源自三得利的DNA。

1963年,三得利開始其啤酒業務。與日本國內其他啤酒公司相比,起步較晚。正因為如此,才以開發世界頂級啤酒為目標,立志打造出所有人都愛喝的終極美味。"志在新,勇於行(Yatte Minahare)",三得利的DNA就是拼搏的原動力。挑戰無盡夢想。認同向無盡夢想發起挑戰的態度。The PREMIUM MALT'S由此獲得新生。

不做怎麽知道行不行。三得利建起了一座迷你啤酒廠。

武藏野啤酒工廠,這個名字如雷貫耳,在著名日本流行歌曲的歌詞中都出現過。在這裡,三得利公司建起了一個規模只有普通工廠二十分之一大小的迷你啤酒廠,用來隨心所欲按照自己的想法大膽地釀造啤酒。這裡是拼搏的象徵。它曾經釀出了不少失敗之作,也孕育出了大量雄心勃勃的作品。最終,結出了The PREMIUM MALT'S這顆寶貴的果實。

三得利只在擁有優質天然深層地下水水源的地方修建工廠。

啤酒原料中大約90%都是水。為了釀造出好喝的啤酒,就要使用清冽良質的水。使用"天然水釀造"是決不妥協的原則。三得利的四家啤酒工廠都建在可以放心,安全,可持續抽取天然地下水的地方。比起效率,更注重品質。除此別無他選。

鑽石麥芽

使用鑽石麥芽的生產過程既花時間又費工夫,為什麽對其如此執著呢?

"鑽石麥芽"中含有大量的香醇成分。但這種麥芽構造十分堅硬,要想提煉出其中的味道,需要花費大量的時間和精力。這就是The PREMIUM MALT'S的執著。採用"二次熬煮製法",在鍋中將麥芽加熱兩次。釀造家對製造工藝的執念,孕育出"THE PREMIUM MALT'S"獨有的濃郁香醇的味道。什麽是二次熬煮製法

用糖化鍋進行繁瑣的二次熬煮,提取出濃厚的麥汁。以此引出麥芽本身的香醇和濃郁。

四溢的濃香自然少不了"歐洲產濃香啤酒花"。為了保證啤酒花的最佳品質以及產量,三得利公司對原產地捷克的農家提供幫助。並多次前往當地,確認品質,精挑細選,同時確保低溫運輸至日本。三得利公司花了約10年的時間,研發出"啤酒花濃香型製法",以數次投料的方式添加啤酒花。在每個工序中實現了所有能想到的細節。由此誕生的是讓人難以忘懷的香氣。什麽是啤酒花濃香型製法

啤酒花濃香型製法

為了最大程度地提取啤酒花的香氣,在麥汁開始煮沸後就立即投入濃香啤酒花,然後在工序結束時再次加入精製濃香啤酒花,以此實現高貴奢華的芳香。
