Suntory to release “ Bahuaud Rosé d’Anjou Les Claircomtes ”

Suntory Ltd. (Head Office: Osaka, President: Nobutada Saji) is to release “ Bahuaud Rosé d’Anjou Les Claircomtes ”, a French Rosé wine from region de la Loire, across Japan nationwide, starting from the 16th March, 2004.

Donatien Bahuaud family is one of the most established and venerable wine grower in region de la Loire, France, with 250 years of history, and also is a worldwide famed winery as Muscadet (white wine) producer.

“ Bahuaud Rosé d’Anjou Les Claircomtes ” is the Rosé wine of Anjou, which was born in region de la Loire, France. It offers sweet, fruity and mild taste, bound with aromatic nose of marmalade and spicy aroma in beautiful orangey pink color. The wine is enjoyed casually, and it is the perfect accompaniment with salad, sausages, white meat or fruits dessert. “ Les Claircomtes ” is named after the place in region de la Loire, located between Anjou and Saumur regions.
