In particular, we adopt a fundamental research approach that involves engaging with nature’s bounty and learning from it. Through learning from nature’s bounty, we are tackling the challenging research themes of creating products that are delicious, healthy, and also have a positive impact on the environment.

For over two decades, we have led comprehensive research on water as a company that is sustained by nature and water. The Institute for Water Science conducts comprehensive research on all aspects of water, ranging from studies of natural water cycles, such as groundwater flow, to investigations of water’s role within the human body. We are also actively working to disseminate the knowledge gained there to society.
