Technologies and services developed by Suntory Global Innovation Center Limited (SIC) have been featured in the FoodTech edition of “INVEST JAPAN, INVEST KANSAI,” published by the Kinki Bureau of Economy, Trade and Industry.
The publication showcases initiatives by companies, universities, and other organizations in Kansai from the perspective of FoodTech, with the aim of promoting business collaboration between the Kansai region and overseas partners.

The following three SIC technologies and services are featured:

Lidris
A technology that combines food science, robotics, and fluid dynamics to create three-dimensional designs within beverages.

Cho Note
A healthcare app that uses AI to analyze “bowel sounds” and visualize gut activity.

Water Scape
A service that estimates groundwater conditions, available water resources, and future risks to support sustainable water use.
