Of all awamori, the oldest Japanese distilled liquor, this product is made at the oldest cellar present in Shuri, Okinawa, using rice, black koji mold and yellow koji mold. It is the awamori categorized as "kusu" which through an extended aging process gained rich and mild flavor with gorgeous aroma and transformed to the premium-quality liquor. 720ml bottle retails at 1400 yen. |
