Suntory Single Malt Whisky HAKUSHU 18 YEARS Now Available
Premium Long-Term Aging in a Hakushu Whisky
“18 Years” Joins the Lineup
Suntory Limited is proud to announce a new selection in the Hakushu line of Suntory single malt whiskies. HAKUSHU 18 YEARS, a single malt whiskey that has been aged for more than 18 years, will be released on Tuesday, March 7.
The 18-year-old Hakushu is the most recent fruit of the more than 30 years of effort that has been put into whisky production at Hakushu Distillery. The release of the premium long-term aged HAKUSHU 18 YEARS rounds out the 10 and 12 year selections, and together with the Yamazaki line, is an invitation into the satisfying world of Japanese single malt whiskies that should promote an even more active market.
• Taste of HAKUSHU 18 YEARS
This deeply fragrant whisky has a refreshing aroma that calls to mind fruit and hay. Its initial sweetness and woodiness harmonizes exquisitely with its complex, rich body.
What's more, the subtly smoky aroma, a hallmark of Hakushu single malts, makes for a pleasant finish. This whisky was crafted for a clean, elegant taste overall.
