The Wiener Philharmoniker Week in Japan is back after its absence last year. This year conductor Franz Welser-Möst, a close friend of Wiener Philharmoniker (Vienna Philharmonic), has enthralled the world including his third New Year’s Concert in January 2023, the Summer Night Concert, the Vienna Philharmonic Ball, and a historical concert at the Palace of Versailles.
A charismatic conductor, his synergy with the Vienna Philharmonic makes you feel like as if he’s part of the orchestra itself. We are sure his performances this autumn will be ones to remember.
Various other projects, such as a school programme and a master class, are scheduled in addition to the main performance.
