Do you have a parking lot?

We do not have a parking lot for our customers.
Please use a parking lot of the neighboring Ark Mori Building or ANA InterContinental Tokyo. Please also note that no discounts are offered to Suntory Hall customers for the parking fee. See this page for details regarding parking lots.

Do you have a bicycle parking area?

We do not have a bicycle parking area in our neighborhood.
Please use public the transportation.

Where is the taxi stand?

There is a taxi stand on the second floor of ANA InterContinental Tokyo within ARK HILLS.

Concert Tickets

How can I buy tickets?

You can buy tickets via the Internet, phone, or at our Box Office.
See this page for details. Please note that the available methods for buying tickets vary according to the concert.

Are children allowed in the hall?

We kindly ask not to have your preschool children attend the concerts.
We offer concerts for children several times a year, so please check our concert schedule. See this page for neighborhood nurseries.

I’ve already bought tickets, but I cannot make it on that day.
Can I have a refund on my tickets?

We do not accept any requests for replacements or refunds on tickets that have been purchased. We may provide refunds only when a concert is cancelled—in such a case, please contact the organizer of the concert.

On the Day of the Concert

What should I do if I lost or forgot my ticket?

Check with the contact of the concert presenter.
The response may vary depending on the concert.

I am supposed to attend the concert with someone else,
but she/he has not arrived yet, and I have her/his ticket. What should I do?

We will keep your ticket at the concert presenter’s reception desk located at the foyer (lobby). Call a receptionist nearby for assistance.

What happens if I could not make it to the concert in time?

Once a concert starts, you are not admitted into the auditorium.
However, you may have a chance to enter in the interim of the performance.
Please follow the receptionist's instructions.

Can I purchase tickets at door using a credit card?

It depends on the concert, so please check with the concert presenter. For concerts presented by Suntory Hall, you can use your credit card to buy tickets.

May I give a bunch of flowers to the performers at the hall?

It depends on the concert.
Please check with the concert presenter in advance.

I want someone to look after my child while I attend the concert.

See this page for neighborhood nurseries.
Please check with the concert presenter as some of them may provide child care in dressing rooms inside the hall.

Is there a dress code?

There is no dress code in particular, so casual outfits are acceptable. However, many performers wear a tuxedo or dress, and concert-goers are stylishly dressed, so how about dressing yourself chic and fancy and enjoying the concert with a sense of elegance? Please refrain from wearing clothes, shoes and accessories made with materials that make noise to avoid disturbing other customers.

Is there a place to eat inside the hall?

No. You cannot drink or eat in the auditorium.
Drinks and snacks such as sandwiches and sweet treats are served at the bar lounge in the foyer.
If you want to spend some time enjoying a meal before or after the concert, we recommend that you visit one of the neighborhood restaurants.

May I take photographs inside the hall?

Taking photographs in the auditorium is strictly prohibited.
However, you may take personal photographs (as a memento) in the foyer (lobby).

Facilities

May I visit the hall only to shop at the gift shop?

Please call Suntory Hall (+81-3-3505-1001) to check in advance.
Our gift shop is open during concert hours, so you can shop only during these hours.

Is there a place to eat inside the hall?

Do you have a cloakroom?

A cloakroom in the foyer (lobby) is available free of charge.

Barrier-free Access

Are wheelchair seats available?

The Main Hall and Blue Rose (Small Hall) both have seats that allow customers to listen to music sitting in their wheelchair.
Make your request to the presenter when purchasing your ticket.

I would like to visit Suntory Hall in a wheelchair. Tell me how to access the hall.

If you are to visit the hall from a train station using a wheelchair, we recommend that you use Tameike-sanno Station. If you are to visit the hall by car, use an elevator near the drop-off area. See this page for details on passages.
Check with the neighboring ArkMoriBuilding and ANA InterContinental Tokyo for the availability of parking lots for disabled persons (subject to a fee).

How do you support wheelchair users when they travel inside the hall or use the restroom?

We provide the ramp from the foyer to the ground floor seating area, which can also be accessed from the West Entrance. An elevator operates between the ground and upper floors. Restrooms for wheelchair users and ostomatesare located on the first and second floors. See this page for details on facilities inside the hall.
