Our cancellation policy for paid tours will change effectively as of April 30th, 2026.
For paid tours (prepaid) held in July 2026 and onwards, there will be no refund once the payment method has been confirmed.
*For reservations with payments completed before April 30th, 2026, refunds will be issued up to two days prior to the scheduled date of visit.
