In order to allow as many people as possible to experience factory tours, a portion of tour reservations are determined using a lottery system. Reservations are accepted only from those who submitted entries during the lottery entry period and were selected in the lottery. Please note that your application cannot be changed later.

*If there are empty seats due to non-payment or other reasons after the lottery, a re-draw will be conducted for those who were not selected.

■Reservation Period: October 17 ～ October 21
■Re-drawing result email: October 27
■Reservation Period for Reallocation: October 27 ～ October 31
*Cancellation deadline: Until noon 2 days before the date.
*Payment deadline: Until 23:59 on the day after your reservation has been made.
*There will be no refund after payment.

*From July 1 to September 30, 2026, the tour time in production areas will be shortened to prevent heat stroke.
