Reservations are accepted only from those who submitted entries during the lottery entry period and were selected in the lottery.Please note that your application cannot be changed later..

*Cancellation deadline:Until noon 2 days before the date.
*Payment deadline:Until 23:59 on the day after your reservation has been made.
*There will be no refund after payment.
*For customers who applied before April 30, 2026, refunds will be accepted up to two days prior to the scheduled visit date.
*From July 1 to September 30, 2026,the tour time in production areas will be shortened to prevent heat stroke.
