Reservations are accepted only from those who submitted entries during the lottery entry period and were selected in the lottery.Please note that your application cannot be changed or cancelled later.

*If there are empty seats due to non-payment or other reasons after the lottery, a re-draw will be conducted for those who were not selected.

Notice of Suspension of Factory Tours at Suntory Natural Water Minami-Alps Hakushu Plant
From Wednesday, 5 November 2025, factory tours at the Suntory Natural Water Minami-Alps Hakushu Plant will be suspended due to facility maintenance work. The schedule for the resumption of factory tours will be announced on our website once confirmed.

*The adjacent Hakushu Distillery and all other facilities within the grounds (including the shop and restaurant) will remain open for business.
