【Requests for Visitors】
- General visitor parking is not available for cars, motorcycles（including passengers）, or bicycles. Please use public transportation when visiting. Parking on nearby streets or in parking areas belonging to neighboring parks and public facilities is strictly prohibited.
- If you are arriving by chartered bus or require an accessible parking space, please contact us when making your reservation. We will provide the necessary information for your visit.
- Please review the following important information before your visit.
- * Visitors under the age of 20 must be accompanied by someone aged 20 or older. Groups consisting only of visitors under 20 are not permitted.
- * Drinking and driving and the consumption of alcohol by anyone under the age of 20 are prohibited by law. Visitors driving a car or motorcycle, or riding a bicycle, are not permitted to consume alcohol.
- * For your safety and to protect product hygiene and quality, please follow the instructions of our staff while on site.
- * For hygiene reasons, outside food and beverages are not permitted.
- * To maintain product hygiene and quality, pets are not permitted at the Osaka Plant. Assistance dogs are permitted.
- * The Osaka Plant may close due to severe weather or natural disasters, including typhoons and heavy snowfall. Please check our website or contact us by phone before your visit.
- * The Osaka Plant cannot reimburse transportation or accommodation costs, including cancellation fees, incurred as a result of a closure. Please take this into consideration when planning your visit.
TRANSPORTATION
Free Shuttle Bus
A free shuttle bus runs from near Bentencho Station to the Osaka Plant.
For the JR Osaka Loop Line, use the Central South Exit. For the Osaka Metro Chuo Line, use the East Ticket Gate and Exit 4-A.
We recommend using the free shuttle bus when visiting the Osaka Plant.

Bus stop
Exit Bentencho Station via the Central South Exit on the JR Osaka Loop Line and turn left. Pass the police box and look for the Bentencho Branch of Kagawa Bank. The shuttle bus departs from Chuo-odori, diagonally across from the bank.
* Please note that there is no sign marking the shuttle bus stop.
Timetable
- * The journey takes approximately 20 minutes each way.
- * Departure times may vary depending on traffic conditions.
- * Seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis. If the bus reaches capacity, you may be unable to board.
- * The shuttle bus may be delayed due to traffic conditions.
- * If the shuttle bus is suspended due to circumstances beyond our control, alternative transportation costs will not be reimbursed.
