【COVID-19 update as of January 8】
Some concerts have changed their productions or been postponed in response to a state of emergency declared on January 8 by the Japanese Government and a request of emergency measures from the Tokyo Metropolitan Government. More changes are still expected for the time being and visitors are recommended to contact each organiser for the most updated information.

- Telephone 10:00 – 16:00 (closed when the hall is closed)
- Box Office 10:00 – 16:00 (open until curtain time on concert days even after 16:00,
closed when the hall is closed)
* WEB service available for 24 hours.
* Any change or update including ticket booking to be announced on the website.
Suntory Hall, Administration
- Monday to Friday 11:00 – 16:00 (closed when the hall is closed)
